Meet our Founder - Will Morey
Will primarily focuses his practice in the areas of business and commercial transactions, ranging from entity formation to complex corporate acquisitions. Will is an Army veteran and continues his service in the United States Army Individual Ready Reserve. Working closely with his clients in a cost effective and goal driven manner, Will seeks to provide services that are distinctly tailored to suit the unique needs of his clients.
